Aussie Farmers Direct is an Australian owned company providing a free* delivery service that saves you time, effort and money. We deliver a range of fresh quality products that are 100% Australian owned and produced. Supporting products that are 100% Australian is important because in the long run it will help to strengthen our economy and it makes sure that we are supporting our Australian farmers instead of overseas interests.

Aussie Farmers Direct delivers fresh Australian products direct to your doorstep. We are closing the gap between your home and the farm gate – which means that the products you receive will always be the freshest possible! Products include: milk, bread, eggs, cream, cheese, butter, bacon, pasta, juice, coffee, spring water, fresh fruit and vegetables and a range of meat!, making us a complete and convenient alternative to the way you currently shop for fresh produce. Changes to your order can be made by 2pm the day prior to your delivery, apart from Monday deliveries which need to be finalised by 2pm Saturday. For example, if you need to add another 2L milk to your order, or you are going away on holiday, you can do this by simply logging into your account online at www.aussiefarmers.com.au or by phoning 1300 MILKMAN (1300 64 55 62).
Providing that you purchase 3 or more items from the Milk & Bread range your delivery will be free (e.g. 1x2L milk, 1 loaf of bread, 1 bottle of orange juice). Note – delivery can be arranged for customers requiring only 2 items, however, a small delivery fee of $1 applies. Orders of only one item are not accepted.
Delivery for the Fruit & Veg boxes is also free. If you wish to use the ‘Pick & Pack’ option, where you get to choose what fruit and veg you get each week, you will need to spend $25 or more on Pick & Pack items to get free delivery. For any Pick & Pack orders that are under $25, there will be a $5 delivery fee.

Our office hours are from Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm & Saturday 9am – 5pm (Daylight Savings EST). 6am – 6pm Monday to Friday & 7am – 3pm Saturday (WST). Our staff are more than happy to answer any questions that you may have relating to the service.
Sunlight and temperature change can affect some fresh food products, particularly during the summer months. We advise that you leave your cooler bag out for your driver each delivery night. Leaving your bag out will ensure that your products reach you in tip top condition. Our driver will still leave product if you forget to leave your cooler bag out.

On warm nights we suggest you place an ice pack in your cooler bag when you leave it out for your driver, to ensure your products stay as fresh as possible.

Aussie Farmers Direct provides a range of payment options. The easiest and most popular payment method is by credit card or direct debit. We simply charge your weekly purchases to your credit card or apply a direct debit to your bank account. The payments come out on the Friday the week after your delivery so you don’t ever have to pay upfront.
If you are planning a holiday or are away from home, simply contact us and we will put deliveries on hold until you return. You can do this by logging into your account here or by phoning 1300 MILKMAN (1300 64 55 62).
