What is Aussie Farmers Direct?
"Aussie Farmers Direct is an Australian owned company providing a free delivery service that saves you time, effort and money by delivering a range of the highest quality AUSTRALIAN OWNED AND PRODUCED products direct to your door. What products are available through Aussie Farmers Direct?
"Besides daily fresh whole milk, reduced fat (2%) and no fat milk, the Aussie Farmers’ product range included delicious freshly baked bread available in white (toast and sandwich), wholemeal, multigrain and sourdough. Daily squeezed 100% Australian orange and apple juice (no concentrate) and fresh eggs from Victorian egg farmers. For a complete listing of products and prices please click on PRODUCTS."
Can I make changes to my order and how?
"Yes, change of orders can be made by 2pm the working day (Monday – Friday) prior to your delivery. So if you need to add another 2lt milk to your order or you are going away for the weekend or the month, just give us a call or email and we can change it for you, its that easy. You can reach us by phone on 1300 363 105 (Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm) or email orders@aussiefarmers.com.au"
Are there any delivery charges?
"No! Delivery is completely free providing each delivery is a minimum of three items. (e.g. 1x2Litre milk, 1 loaf of bread, 1 bottle of orange juice). Note – delivery can be arranged for customers requiring less than three items per delivery however, a small delivery fee ($1) applies."
What do I do if I have a concern?
"Contact our customer service department immediately. You can reach us by phone on 1300 363 105 (Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm) or online at www.aussiefarmers.com.au. Customers can change their order by phone or email. Amendments to orders can be made by 2pm the working day (Monday – Friday) prior to your delivery."
Why do Aussie Farmers Direct provide a FREE insulated cooler bag for customers?
"Sunlight and temperature change can effect some fresh food products. Particularly during Summer months it is advisable that you leave your cooler bag out for your driver. If you have misplaced your cooler bag feel free to contact us and we can replace your bag at a small cost. Our driver will still leave product if you forget to leave your cooler bag out."
What if it's a hot night? Will it effect my milk?
"On warm nights we suggest you place an ice pack in your cooler bag when you leave it out for your driver, to ensure it stays as fresh as possible."
How do I pay for my order?
"Aussie Farmers Direct provide a range of payment options. The easiest and most popular payment method is by credit card or Direct Debit. We simply charge your fortnightly purchases to your credit card or apply a Direct Debit to your bank account. The payments come out the week after your deliveries so you don’t ever have to pay upfront."
What if I am away from home?
"If you are planning a holiday or are away from home, simply contact us and we will put deliveries on hold until you return.
Note: Our driver will keep an eye on your home while you are away."
Why do I need to see an Aussie Farmers Direct representative before I commence as a customer?
"Our representative needs to provide you with a free cooler bag, establish payment methods and develop your order. Our representative can call at a time that is convenient for you. Please fill out the application form to register and see if Aussie Farmers Direct is in your area."
