Our Aussie Farmers Direct meat range offers the most flavourful prime cuts for a quality you can taste. We work with only the best locally sourced product for each state, in order to make sure that our customers are supporting their own local economy and receiving the freshest beef, lamb, chicken, and seafood possible.

Our meat is pasture bred and fed on a farm. Our meat is fresh and never frozen. In order to keep our product so fresh we use Cryovac vacuum sealed packaging. This is a process which removes the oxygen from the packaging - this procedure means that our meat stays fresher for longer! Many restaurants receive their meat this way which means increased shelf life. No more freezing and defrosting meat.

We have developed a system which allows you to pick exactly what you need. You can choose to have your meat delivered once or twice a week, allowing for the most flexibility for our constantly changing lives. You can also enjoy the freedom of ordering many of our items in different quantities, to fit households of any size. Due to the fact that we have no minimum or maximum order delivery fees, you can order as much or as little as you need, without the feeling of running out or getting overstocked.

Seafood

Our premium Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon enjoys an international reputation for its superior quality. This boneless, natural "superfood" is not only rich in a multiple number of essential vitamins, minerals and omega-3, but also provides a healthy - and more importantly - delicious addition to your weekly diet.

Our fresh white fish, currently Saltwater Barramundi, is a beautiful option for all who prefer a milder flavoured fish, while our Garlic & Lemongrass or Mild Chilli marinated prawns offer you the ultimate in taste and convenience. These freshly marinated Australian Tiger or Banana Prawns make a quick and convenient meal that is sure to impress.

Chicken

Our chicken is premium, free roaming and grain fed. This beautiful poultry contains no hormonal additives and uses chemical free chilling methods. This means that your chicken is healthy and tender with the meat retaining its natural juices. The way chicken should be!

 

Beef

Our beef is locally sourced from areas such as South Gippsland, Darling Downs and southern New South Wales. These areas are renowned for producing beef with mouth watering flavour and texture. The end result achieves unsurpassed flavour & tenderness, and is some of Australia's most highly prized beef. Guaranteed to satisfy!

 

Lamb

Our lamb is premium, pasture-bred and delivers great value, high quality, exceptional flavour and tenderness. We locally source our lamb from such areas as the grazing meca which begins at the Southern Riverina area of NSW and sweeps through the lush northern plains of Victoria. The selection of only the best lamb ensures a dining experience that will not be surpassed for taste and tenderness.

All of our meat is hand cut by our butchers, not by machines. Although our butchers are good, they are human, so please allow for a 5% weight variance. If you have received an item that is outside of this variance, just give us a call. Satisfaction Guaranteed!
