Getting Started:

Choose from our inspirational meals and we’ll deliver the freshest, local ingredients and easy-to-follow recipe cards direct to your door. It’s meals, made easy.

Plus, you can have all your fresh food, pantry and household items delivered too!

Simply add products to your cart, amend the delivery frequency and hit “Confirm” to submit your order.

You’ll get an order summary on screen and then another via email. You can add, change or remove your order up until 12pm (noon) the day before your delivery.

Your Delivery Schedule

Your delivery days and delivery time frame will be dependent on where you live, but you’ll have the same schedule each week, with two available delivery days.

For deliveries Monday - Friday the delivery time frame will either be overnight with your order on your doorstep by 7am, or between noon and 8pm. For deliveries that fall on a Saturday your order will arrive overnight before 10am or between 8am and 2pm.

When you’re logged into your account, your delivery time frame is displayed above your cart to indicate the window in which your order will be securely left on your doorstep. And we’ll send you a handy reminder email of your upcoming order.

Your Delivery: You don't need to be home!

You don’t need to be home when we deliver, your groceries will be delivered direct to your door in either a weather proof box or an esky bag. Regardless of your delivery time frame, we’ll make sure your groceries are kept chilled until you can put them in the fridge.

Items like meat and fish will be packed and wrapped with re-useable icepacks. So even in hot weather your delivery will be kept cool for up to 12 hours, so you don’t have to hurry home to collect your delivery!

Paying for your Order

You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or PayPal; payments will be processed the day before your delivery after our order cut-off (12 noon). Tax invoices are emailed to customers as proof of purchase. It’s all very safe and extremely secure, however if you are uncomfortable submitting payment details online, please call us during office hours and we’ll help you get those sorted over the phone: 1300 645 562.

Delivery Breaks: for if you are on holiday or have different plans

If you're going away, or simply have too much in the fridge, you can pause your deliveries by adding a Delivery Break for up to 4 weeks. We’ll make sure any weekly or fortnightly orders automatically resume as per schedule upon your return. We’ll even send you a reminder email to make sure you’re ready to receive your next delivery.
