Make a difference! Getting Started: Fill your basket with heavenly fresh produce and mouth-watering products! Browse our delicious range of Aussie groceries and soak up the inspiration! Add products to your cart and choose whether to have them delivered every week (for your staple produce), fortnightly (for things that you use less of), or even as a once-off. Once you’re done, simply hit “Confirm” to submit your order. If you’re a new customer, you will need to click "Checkout" and confirm your address along with your payment details. If you are one of Aussie Farmers Direct’s 130,000 regular shoppers, you’ll get an order summary on screen and a confirmation via email. You can then add, change or delete your orders up until 12pm (noon) the day before your delivery. Shop Now Your Delivery Schedule Your delivery days and delivery time frame will be dependent on where you live, but you will have the same available schedule each week. Be sure to place your online order by 12pm (noon) the day before your next delivery- we’ll even send you a handy reminder email of your upcoming order. Your Delivery: You don't need to be home! You don’t need to be in or at home when we deliver, your groceries will be delivered in a cooler bag and your fruit & veg will be popped into a weather proof box and delivered to your door. Most deliveries are made during the night so you’ll have fresh produce and new products bright and earl. Regardless of your delivery time frame though, we’ll make sure all groceries you buy from us are kept chilled until you have the opportunity to put them in the fridge. Items like meat and fish will be packed and wrapped with re-useable icepacks. So even in hot weather your delivery will be kept cool for up to 12 hours, so you don’t have to hurry home to collect your delivery! Paying for your Order You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or PayPal; payments will be processed the day before your delivery after order cut-off (12 noon). You can view past payments in your itemised invoices- you can find these by clicking My Account / My Account Details. It’s all very safe and extremely secure, as we use the latest encryption technologies! If you are uncomfortable submitting payment details online though, please call us during office hours and we’ll help you get those sorted over the phone: 1300 645 562 . Delivery Breaks: for if you are on holiday or have different plans If you're going away, or simply have too much in the fridge (our portions are generous!), you can pause your deliveries by adding a Delivery Break for up to 4 weeks. We’ll make sure your orders automatically resume upon your return, and we’ll send you a reminder email to make sure you’re ready to resume your delivery of our lovely Australian produce again.
